What will I learn?
This introductory course covers the principles of BSL and enables you to learn some basic sign language. You will learn about the importance of hand shapes and visual expressions, as well as present methods of communicating with deaf persons or sign language users.

It will also be filled with tasks, homework, exercises and resources for you to learn not only how to sign, but how read sign back from your classmates and the teacher.
Will I have to provide anything?
Pen and notebook. The tutor will recommend a chosen course book that you may purchase as a study aid.
