Leading the financial strategy for College. Responsible for financial sustainability, compliance and audit.

Laraine Moody

Group Principal University & Professional Development

Laraine leads strategic growth and partnerships for the college, overseeing recruitment, apprenticeships, adult education, upskilling and retraining programmes, as well as support for young people who aren't in education, employment or training.

Laraine also works with over 1600 employers across the Eastern region to create business partnerships and work placement opportunities for our students.

Gary Grainger

Chief Information Officer

Leading on all aspects of data, management information services, compliance and reporting to inform the decision making across the College.

Jake Robson

Group Sixth Form Principal

As well as leading post-16 education at One Sixth Form College, Jake is responsible for Equality, Diversity & Inclusion and the Learning Resource Centres across all Eastern Education Group campuses, including West Suffolk College. 

Lawrence Chapman

Regional Director of SEND and Outdoor Learning

Lawrence leads on SEND and Outdoor Learning for the College, bringing a wealth of experience to the trust as the former CEO of SENDAT, as well as over 25 years' teaching and leading SEND provision.

James Clark

Regional Director of Primaries

In his role as Regional Director of Primaries, James leads the growth and development of the Primary arm of the College.

Leading the human resources strategy for the College, Simon oversees a wide-ranging area which includes recruitment, employee welfare, health and safety, internal communications, GDPR, FOI requests, and compliance.
