Overview of course

CIPS Level 3 Advanced Certificate in Procurement and Supply Operations qualification will help you to understand the factual and procedural requirements relevant for this profession. You will become a more confident problem solver able to complete new and existing tasks.  You will also gain a clear understanding about how procurement and supply fits in with the rest of the organisation.

For this qualification you will need to complete 30 credits. There are four CORE modules which make up 24 of the required credits. Then you can choose one of the ELECTIVE modules to make up the 6 remaining credits.

Four Core Modules

• Procurement and Supply Environments
• Ethical Procurement and Supply
• Contract Administration
• Team Dynamics and Change

Chose one Elective module from the following:

• Socially Responsible Procurement
• Socially Responsible Warehousing and Distribution

Students can join at the start of new modules.

Further course detail

Delivery of this qualification can be access two different ways.  They are as follows:

Day Release

Students to attend regular classes at West Suffolk College, Bury St Edmunds

Cost = £2950

Distance Learning 

All learning and revision via e-learning with tutor support.

Cost = £2650

All costs include study packs and examination fees but not CIPS Membership. This fee is arranged by the student and paid directly to CIPS.

There is funding available to support this training for students who do not hold an existing Full Level 3 qualification or in receipt of any benefits or low wage (less than £20,319 gross per annum).  The reduced fee payable with funding support is £450

If this is not the case for you then the course fee would be payable.  This can be paid in instalments, paid via invoice by an Employer or you can apply for an Advance Learner Loan personally.
