Part funded by the European Social Fund
Welcome to Higher Place - one of the Eastern Colleges Group Curriculum Initiatives/PLACE21 projects that optimises the use of European Social Fund grants to enhance employability, progression in education and increase the skills of East Anglia’s workforce both present and future.
Higher Place is delivering this through the development of professional mentoring events, industry engagement projects, work placement support, SME and business engagement and the delivery of additional qualifications and numerous project initiatives that support both students and curriculum development.
Key to the Higher Place project, which is part funded by the European Social Fund, are the WOW (World Of Work) events. Open to all Level 3 and above students across East Anglia the events bring students and business leaders together to inspire aspirational and informed career progression and optimise SME and Business collaborations for a brighter future.
