Thrive Triangular Model
As our Triangular model shows, our Thrive provision offers adults and young people the chance to attend one-to-one appointments to search for work and courses, design CVs and get careers guidance. They can attend a Job Club each week to search and apply for vacancies. They can also benefit from an Adults Skills for Employment course or a Thrive Employability, Numeracy and Literacy programme.
- After February half-term we are looking to run an ‘Unlock your Future’ course alongside the Apollo project, which focuses on Healthcare professions. It also includes IT Support, Management and Catering (this is in Bury St Edmunds).
- We have been working alongside the Job Centre at Sudbury, and we have a Job Club due to start Thursday 30th January at 2pm-4pm this is for both Young People and Adults. The duration of this club is ongoing.
- Our Sudbury drop-in sessions are Thursdays. Or can be booked as appointments.
- Our Haverhill Job Club, drop-in sessions and appointments are Fridays 10am-3pm.
