Study times	You will be expected to be in college for a minimum of 3 days per week, from 9:00 to 4:15. Your timetable will be confirmed at induction.
Entry requirements	GCSEs at grade 3 or above in Mathematics and English. Pass a short aptitude test. It is expected that the applicant will have a genuine interest in the construction industry and some experience of Bricklaying. Applicants will be required to attend an interview.

Work placements	Minimum of 35 hours work experience

Qualification type	City & Guilds Level 1 Diploma
Duration	1 year
Study times	You will be expected to be in college for a minimum of 3 days per week, from 9:00 to 4:00. Your timetable will be confirmed at induction. Course will be 60% practical in the workshop, 40% Classroom based.
Entry requirements	Math & English GCSEs at grade 3 or above Pass a short aptitude test. It is expected that the applicant will have a genuine interest in the construction industry. Applicants will be required to attend an interview.

Duration	1 year
Study times	09:15 - 16:00 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
Entry requirements	Four GCSEs including maths at Grade 5, English at Grade 4 and Science. It is expected that you have a genuine interest in the industry. You will be required to attend an interview as well as passing a short aptitude test
Campus	West Suffolk College Sixth Form Campus, Bury St Edmunds
Work placements	You will be required to undertake a minimum of 35 hours work experience.

This is an e-learning course and can be started at any time. You can complete the learning at a time that suits you from the comfort of your own home or whilst at work. The learning materials are diverse and include presentations, reading assignments and quizzes.
