Study times You will be expected to be in college for a minimum of 3 days per week, from 9:00 to 4:15. Your timetable will be confirmed at induction.
Entry requirements

GCSEs at grade 3 or above in Mathematics and English.

Pass a short aptitude test.

It is expected that the applicant will have a genuine interest in the construction industry and some experience of Bricklaying.

Applicants will be required to attend an interview.

Study times 09:15 - 16:00 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
Entry requirements Four GCSEs including maths at Grade 5, English at Grade 4 and Science. It is expected that you have a genuine interest in the industry. You will be required to attend an interview as well as passing a short aptitude test

An introductory course perfect for newcomers to any industry where thermal imaging is used such as construction, conservation, healthcare, automotive, agriculture, engineering, security and surveillance.

 

This is an e-learning course and can be started at any time. You can complete the learning at a time that suits you from the comfort of your own home or whilst at work. The learning materials are diverse and include presentations, reading assignments and quizzes.

Any building professionals aiming to enhance their professional capabilities and begin utilizing thermal imaging cameras in the built environment.

 

The fundamentals of thermal imaging for domestic and commercial buildings and bridges the gap between an introduction session and a full category 1 qualification. Course content includes:

  • Infrared Thermography
  • Thermal Cameras
  • Building Surveys
