All about Equality Diversity and Inclusion
Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) is important for us at West Suffolk college. Through our PLACE21 scheme, our team support students and staff, on their Equality, Diversity and Inclusion journey.
We offer guidance/training and support as part of our EDI centre. We listen and talk to staff across our college and partners and work towards mainstreaming equality diversity and inclusion in the classroom. We work with individuals teams and department providing help and advice, including students and external organisations. We also take on the same ethos when working with our learners ensuring we can support them.
