Free Taster Sessions at Sudbury Open Day
Friday 15 June
9.30am to 4pm

Do you want to transform your home, reupholster a favourite chair, decorate a cake with flower petals and sugar bouquets or learn to talk in Italian? All of those are available in free two-hour taster sessions at the West Suffolk College in Sudbury Open Day.

Last year’s event at the Cornard Road Centre proved extremely popular and this year’s will be just as brilliant on Friday 15 June. But, you need to pre book a taster session or pop along and get advice on the courses they do in Sudbury as well as all sorts of advice.

The centre will be open from 9.30am to 4pm with a coffee morning and afternoon teas raising money for the British Heart Foundation.

Sudbury Open Day also includes an Apprenticeship Event between 1pm and 4pm to discuss opportunities for your business, all day Information Advice and Guidance to help people make the right study and career choices and bursary advice for adults from 10 to 3pm.

*Upholstery and Soft Furnishing courses are limited to eight people per session.

This is an exciting opportunity to come along to the Sudbury Learning Centre on Friday 15 June to discuss Apprenticeship opportunities for your business. West Suffolk College offers a large range of Apprenticeships, which would suit a range of businesses.

Bursary Advice – (Adults) Help with Finance

A discretionary bursary fund provides support to learners who are experiencing financial difficulty with meeting the costs of learning. For more information pop into the centre for an informal chat.
