Study times	You will be expected to be in college for a minimum of 3 days per week, from 9:00 to 4:15. Your timetable will be confirmed at induction. Some evening work will be required.
Entry requirements	Entry is by interview with a minimum of 4 GCSE passes at grade 9 to 4, or a Level 2 or an equivalent qualification. A successful induction period will also be required for each student to ensure that they are on the appropriate pathway.

Entry requirements	A full level 2 in either professional Cookery or relevant vocational experience within pastry and confectionery, Food Safety Level 2. Candidates will need to have a minimum of grade 4 GCSE English and Maths or be willing to complete alongside this qualification.

Applicants will need to attend an interview bringing with them tutor reports or references from a relevant hospitality employer or line manager. A part time job in an establishment where the skills learnt at college can be developed is a definite advantage.
