Is it for me?
The T Level in Healthcare Science is a prestigious and rigorous vocational academic qualification which is equivalent to three A Levels and is supported by the region's largest Healthcare Science employers. It will give you the opportunity to develop your knowledge, understanding and the real-life skills that are needed for a range of healthcare occupations.
The course is delivered in our purpose-built laboratories and specialist suite of rooms including a simulation ward and an anatomy and therapeutic suite.
The balance of core elements and occupational specialisms make this course an ideal mixture of both practical and theoretical skills development. Additionally, you will undertake an external work placement with a local employer, enabling you to apply your learning - giving you engagement, insight and connections for your future career within the industry.
You'll also complete employer-set projects that will further develop your workplace skills and prepare you for higher education or an apprenticeship.
