Is it for me?

The T Level Technical Qualification in Management and Administration will allow you to gain an understanding of what is needed to work within an administrative or managerial role. It will provide you with a great route into further education or management roles within a variety of sectors
You will gain knowledge and understanding of business contexts, people, and management, working as part of a team, quality and compliance, as well as finance and project management for driving change and business behaviours.
As a T Level qualification, this course provides a chance for you to learn on the job. During your time on the course, classroom learning will account for 80% of your time, while your industry placement makes up the other 20%. Each placement is at least 315 hours long (that's roughly 45 days!). What makes T Levels unique is that they have been specially designed with employers and businesses in mind, so as soon as you qualify, you can step straight into your chosen career, higher apprenticeship or degree confident that you are equipped with all the industry knowledge you need to succeed.

Work experience placements

An industry placement is a big part of the T Level course – you'll need to undertake a minimum of 315 hours of mandatory industry experience where you can put your technical skills and classroom knowledge to the test, further enhance existing skills, as well as developing hands-on experience in your chosen industry.

Assessment

There are two core exams and an employer set project designed to allow judgement of the learner to be made across different categories of performance. The overall grade is subject to completion/achievement of all T Level requirements, not just the components of the technical qualification.
